Using an Agilent 34970A Data
Acquisition/Switch Unit, E4418B Power Meter, E3640 Power
supply, and the units under test, this ATE setup required nothing but a
standard PC with multiple RS-232 ports (no need for specialized GPIB
control cards). Setup and testing procedures are all contained within an
XML file and changes to tests could be made with a text editor.
The final product could completely test and validate a unit under test
with a single click of the mouse.
